Engineering Manager, Growth

Partner with Product and Design teams to ideate, implement, and analyze A/B tests aimed at improving our registration funnel conversion and other key growth metrics. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-impact engineering team. Work with your manager and team to establish priorities, including new features, infrastructure, and tool building. Drive accountability by improving team processes, communication, and delegation of tasks and projects. Act as a key advocate for your team, taking an active role in hiring, goal setting, performance management, and creating development plans to prepare employees for their next role. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages success and innovation, while effectively managing team performance.
