Job Description
Lead a full stack software engineering team (mobile and cloud), building a platform focused on partner and 3rd party integrations, with a keen eye on scale, resilience, and flexibility. The role is focused on building a team and a platform focused on Partner and 3rd party integrations. While deeply technical and capable of rolling up sleeves, also credible with engineers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders. Manage cross-functional teams of Android, iOS, and Cloud Engineers and oversee prioritization, definition, planning, and execution of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior engineers, product managers, and technical leaders, to align the team’s efforts with organizational goals. Work with stakeholders and leaders to ensure effective execution and communication. Effectively manage dependencies across multiple teams and organizations, influencing priorities to deliver aligned platform outcomes. Build further upon a culture of technical and management excellence.
