Senior Technical Advisor, Learning and Capacity Development, 7-1-7 Alliance

This position is responsible for advancing adult learning methodologies, peer exchange platforms, and operational guidance tailored to diverse regional and national contexts. The Senior Technical Advisor will lead the development and delivery of dynamic learning experiences—both virtual and in-person—and drive adoption and contextualization of the 7-1-7 technical package. The role also serves as a key connector across country teams, technical partners, and the global Secretariat, enabling insight generation and cross-country learning. Duties include designing and implementing training and capacity development strategies, providing technical guidance and oversight for 7-1-7 projects, and developing materials, tools, and guidelines for implementation of 7-1-7 for rapid quality improvement.
