Responsibilities:
- Establish close working relationships with manufacturing personnel to ensure safety and process requirements are met.
- Identify and direct continuous improvement efforts to improve operational excellence.
- Support plant network leaders in executing manufacturing fundamentals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with minimum 10 years in the technical area.
- Detailed knowledge of applicable processes and equipment, plus proven leadership in improving technical processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; glass plant experience desired.
Additional Information:
- Salary range $125,000 - $140,000 with 12% STI; generous benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and parental leave.
- Travel required 50% to 75%, typically Monday through Friday with some weekend work.
