Project Management:
- Coordinating activities between different projects and/or workstreams.
- Implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan.
- Planning projects, meeting objectives, developing contingencies, and managing resources within the budget.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate and influence cross-functional meetings.
- Champion ideas and influence key stakeholders to obtain buy-in.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
Business Acumen:
- Experience with cost-benefit analysis in preparing/reviewing business cases.
- Deep understanding of how to leverage data to make decisions.
- Adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
