Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement care strategies which are individualized.
- Collaborate with member, family and healthcare providers to develop a plan of care.
- Conduct individual counseling and group therapy with adolescents and adults.
Qualifications:
- LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC in Florida.
- Experience with substance abuse population.
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures.
