About the Role:
- You will support a U.S.-based commercial insurance agency with a strong focus on trucking and transportation insurance.
- This is a specialized position requiring hands-on experience with commercial trucking insurance, including new business quoting, renewals, and policy servicing.
- You should have a solid understanding of the U.S. commercial insurance landscape and experience with insurance management systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle new business submissions, renewals, and day-to-day policy servicing for commercial trucking accounts.
- Manage insurance applications, endorsements, certificates, and carrier coordination.
- Work with underwriters and carriers to obtain quotes and resolve outstanding requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in commercial lines insurance with direct trucking or transportation experience.
- Experience with insurance management systems like Applied Epic, EZLynx, or PL Rater.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive follow-up abilities.
