Director, Diagnosis-Related Group Validation (DRGV)

The Role:

• Lead the development and launch of Revecore's DRGV service offering, expanding Billing and Coding Optimization capabilities.
• Define operating models, workflows, staffing, productivity metrics, and quality standards to scale the service line.

Impact You Will Make:

• Provide DRGV subject matter expertise across coding, MS-DRG methodology, revenue integrity, and claims.
• Partner with Product, Data, AI, and Operations to build technology-enabled workflows and scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in DRGV, hands-on coding experience, and expert-level MS-DRG knowledge.
• Experience launching healthcare service lines, supporting sales efforts, and driving cross-functional execution.

Work Environment:

• Remote role with work-at-home requirements; must reside in specified US states.
