The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for the reactive customer experience within their dedicated accounts, overseeing and improving the customer journey. This role ensures a positive and seamless experience, from initial request to case closure on a reactive basis, covering all interactions across the customer. Main accountabilities include championing opportunities to improve the brand experience, driving customer retention, reducing churn, and increasing customer satisfaction. The role requires proactively managing accounts, building relationships, and being an internal advocate for the customer to enhance both their experience and Babble's offerings.
