Inbound Sales Representative

What you will do:

• Work as an expert resource for families on senior care options aligned to our company mission.
• Take inbound leads and conduct in-depth initial consultation calls.
• Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers.

• Measured by reaching daily production benchmarks.
• First interaction with the family with goal of being empathetic.
• Delivering a great family experience.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $45,760 ($22.00 an hour)
• On Target Earnings: $74,000 ($28,240 variable bonus (Uncapped)
