Role Overview:
- Build and lead a new function of solution experts guiding strategic customers through onboarding, adoption, and expansion of the Grafana platform.
- Influence product direction and set industry standards by developing customer lifecycle frameworks and partnering with Product Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own team cadence and reporting while they assist prospects with demonstrations, technical deep dives, and proofs of value.
- Ensure customer requirements are met by providing feedback to product teams and enhancing internal and external enablement materials.
- Proactively solve technical challenges, assist with troubleshooting, and develop workarounds to meet customer business needs.
Qualifications and Fit:
- Located in PST timezone with 3+ years of team leadership and 5+ years in high-tech roles like TAM Manager or Sales Engineer.
- Deep knowledge of the Grafana LGTM stack or competing observability products and experience selling monitoring/data visualization solutions.
- First-class communication skills to articulate value propositions and collaborate with remote teams and worldwide customers.
