Full-stack Growth Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the self-service customer experience end-to-end, including sign-up flows, onboarding journeys, activation paths, and conversion experiences.
• Design and optimize trial experiences by defining product limits, usage models, and upgrade opportunities.
• Develop mechanisms to identify high-intent users and create stronger connections between self-serve growth and sales-led opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building production software systems with a strong focus on growth engineering or experimentation.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with experience in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, control groups, and statistical significance.
