Growth Engineer

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design and implement systems for engaging potential users across platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, and legal forums.
• Build experimentation frameworks to test and measure growth initiatives.
• Create dashboards and analytics systems to track user behavior and growth metrics.

IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE:

• Build and instrument onboarding, prompts, and loops to increase activation and retention for legal teams.
• Ship experiments across pricing, packaging, and in-product nudges to expand workspace adoption and seat expansion.
• Stand up a trustworthy growth analytics layer so every bet is hypothesis-driven and attributable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with React and modern TypeScript.
• Experience building marketing-focused features (SEO, conversion funnels, analytics) and proficiency with analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated track record of A/B testing, experimentation, and driving user growth through technical initiatives.
