A Customer Success Manager will take the customer facing role and is responsible for success through leadership and the orchestration of a large virtual team; managing program deliveries; and building strong senior customer relationships. The focus is on the customer's successful adoption and productive use of IFS products and services, helping them discover new features and helping them become long-term users.
The Success Manager understands the customer's desired outcomes, drives customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong relationships. They leverage business outcomes by value realization on the fundamental reason why the solution was purchased, supporting their digital journey through modernization and empowering them to achieve more.
