Clinical Quality Lead

Role Overview:

• Lead the development and maintenance of clinical standards for home-based specialty pharmacy and infusion care.
• Build a scalable quality system that supports safe independent nursing practice across multiple states.

Key Accountabilities:

• Define clinical quality indicators, investigation frameworks, and escalation pathways.
• Own incident investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes with a fair and systems-oriented approach.
• Translate findings into clinical education, policies, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Active RN license with at least 5 years of nursing experience and 3+ in clinical quality or patient safety.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis, clinical judgment, and written communication.
• Ability to work remotely, manage priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
