Job Description
Team Leadership:
- Lead and expand a team of Technical Managers in the UK.
- Provide guidance and direction from personal experience.
- Create training materials for the Technical Sales Training Team.
Product Training & Support:
- Conduct Ajax Systems training for the UK market.
- Teach technical staff to enhance product knowledge.
- Provide product feedback and requests to improve offerings.
Customer & Market Engagement:
- Visit key customers in collaboration with BDMs.
- Introduce product solutions based on customer needs.
- Analyze customer needs in conjunction with sales.
