Client Management
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to K-12 students across California.
- Collaborate with school counselors and student families to support mental health.
- Engage in case consultations and help develop clinical programs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must hold an active ASW, APC, or AMFT license in California.
- Spanish/English bilingual fluency is strongly preferred and prioritized.
- Must be currently accruing hours toward full licensure.
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families is required.
- Comfort with telehealth and EHR systems is necessary.
- Availability on weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends is expected.
Compensation and Work Arrangement:
- Earn a competitive rate of $45-55 per hour for associate-level telehealth.
- Work is fully remote, allowing you to be based anywhere in California.
