Bilingual Therapist

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to K-12 students across California.
• Collaborate with school counselors and student families to support mental health.
• Engage in case consultations and help develop clinical programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must hold an active ASW, APC, or AMFT license in California.
• Spanish/English bilingual fluency is strongly preferred and prioritized.
• Must be currently accruing hours toward full licensure.
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families is required.
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR systems is necessary.
• Availability on weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends is expected.

Compensation and Work Arrangement:

• Earn a competitive rate of $45-55 per hour for associate-level telehealth.
• Work is fully remote, allowing you to be based anywhere in California.
