Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements and best practices.
  • Design and implement solutions in a primary ServiceNow product area such as ITSM, ITAM, or CSM.
  • Build and support workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow APIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform as a developer or technical consultant.
  • Strong experience in at least one ServiceNow product area and solid scripting skills using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
  • Good experience with integrations, REST APIs, and troubleshooting in a dynamic project environment.

  • Strong ownership of assigned work and accountability for delivery quality and documentation.
  • Ability to understand business needs and convert them into practical technical solutions.
