Responsibilities:
- Participate on project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform and lead a team of technical delivery resources.
- Lead development, testing, architecture, and design of complex solutions, and the creation of written deliverables, client demos, and integration sessions.
- Mentor junior staff, support project leadership, and obtain and maintain relevant certifications.
Qualifications:
- Experience implementing ITSM, CSM, and/or ITBM and expert-level development skills on the ServiceNow platform.
- Mastery in at least one ServiceNow suite, strong skills integrating with third-party tools, and strong knowledge of CSDM and CMDB.
- Strong presentation, project, communication, and attention to detail skills, and a self-starter attitude.
Expectations:
- Act as a recognized subject matter expert, providing measurable input into new products and processes and coordinating cross-practice deliverables.
- Communicate with external customers on strategic matters, participate in presales activities, and identify new client opportunities.
- Contribute to thought leadership, speak at industry conferences, and drive scoping and methodology for critical projects.
