The Role:
- Own Mimica's infrastructure strategy, platform roadmap, and cloud architecture.
- Grow the Platform team from 4 to 10+ engineers through sub-team design and hiring.
Day-to-Day:
- Drive AI infra, CI/CD, observability, FinOps, and enterprise deployment with Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Collaborate with Product, ML, Security, Sales, and CS as technical owner for enterprise deals.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership in platform engineering with hands-on Kubernetes, IaC, and reliability ownership.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex infrastructure decisions for engineers, executives, and clients.
