Responsibilities:
- Participate in team forums.
- Train customer teams.
- Facilitate huddle and daily vital signs meetings.
Required Skills:
- Identify process waste and inhibitors.
- Understand batch flow and single piece flow.
- Plan and execute value stream mapping activities.
Education/Experience:
- BA or BS in relevant field.
- 2 years in a similar coaching position.
Compensation Package:
- Base pay range: $125,000-140,000 USD Annually.
- Eligible for company performance bonus.
- US benefits package.
