Responsibilities:
- Lead QA and testing activities across VistA applications impacted by the SSN reduction initiative.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and standards, and oversee testing across functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
- Mentor QA Analysts, coordinate defect management, and ensure releases meet quality and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software QA experience in healthcare IT or complex enterprise systems.
- 2+ years in a QA lead role with experience in test strategies, defect management, and Agile.
