Leadership & Ownership:
- Own the end-to-end SIT testing strategy and execution.
- Lead and mentor QA analysts, test engineers, and testing vendors.
- Establish testing standards, processes, and best practices.
Test Planning & Execution:
- Develop comprehensive SIT test plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
- Define entry and exit criteria, identify risks, and ensure test coverage.
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing.
Defect & Quality Management:
- Lead defect triage meetings and drive issue resolution.
- Monitor defect trends, root causes, and quality metrics.
- Provide clear quality assessments and release recommendations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to increase test automation coverage.
- Promote shift-left testing practices and quality engineering.
- Implement lessons learned and process improvements.
