Kitchen Assistant - Julian - Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepares ingredients to be used in recipes by cooks
• Prepares salad bar and serves food to participants and staff during meal times
• Assist with re-stocking and inventory rotation not limited to dry and refrigerated goods

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age or older
• Food Handler Certification required prior to first shift in the kitchen
• Must display a positive attitude towards customers and staff, willingness to help others and good communication skills

Certification:

• CPR/AED, and First Aid Certification, must include Adult and Child/Infant, obtained within 30 days of hire
• Must be from one of the following certifying organizations: American Red Cross American Heart Association American Safety & Health Institute
