Role Overview:
- Own the self-serve funnel end-to-end, including activation, conversion, expansion, and retention.
- Establish measurement foundations, attribution, and experimentation practices.
- Drive revenue outcomes with direct accountability for net-new self-serve ARR.
What You'll Do:
- Build the funnel as a product, optimizing all parts toward growth goals.
- Define early milestones, shorten time-to-value, and raise activation rates.
- Create clear expansion paths and partner with GTM on product-to-sales handoffs.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in product management, with experience owning a PLG funnel for a developer-focused product.
- Expertise in experimentation, funnel instrumentation, and in-product monetization.
- Record of driving measurable business outcomes and cross-functional leadership.
