Platform Growth:

  • Drive acquisition and conversion across paid search, social-to-web, partner inbound, and PR.
  • Build segment-aware go-to-market strategies for each audience and contributor segment.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and develop a small, high-output team including a Content Strategist and Customer Success Lead.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and creative teams to maintain a tight weekly feedback loop.
