Compliance Advisory Manager, Payments

Monzo is looking for a Payments Compliance Advisory Manager to join their second line of defence (2LoD). This role will have day-to-day responsibility for advising the Payment Collective on compliance matters (e.g Payment services, International Transactions, FX rate services and Multi Currency Accounts, Issuing and Acquiring services, Open Banking including AIS & PIS, Strong Customer Authentication, tokenised deposits and stablecoins, consumer duty and conduct risk). This role requires strong communication & collaboration skills with a ‘ hands-on ’ approach, to ensure that regulations are fully understood, our products are ‘compliant by design’ and our customers' needs are being met.
