Senior Director, RCM & Credentialing

The Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing operations, payer integrations, collections, and denial management. This leadership role will focus on optimizing revenue processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing revenue cycle technology vendors and fostering relationships with payers to maximize reimbursements. As Senior Director of Revenue Cycle & Credentialing, you will lead three interconnected pillars: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Health Plan Operations (Claims), and Provider Credentialing & Enrollment. This role requires deep domain expertise, systems thinking, and strong cross-functional influence, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Payer Relations to drive efficiency, compliance, and operational scale.
