Job Description
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving high CVAC adoption among physicians, meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Calyxo products to customers. The role involves qualifying, training, and developing accounts to adopt Calyxo products, communicating market conditions, and partnering with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining relationships with key customers and KOLs, providing clinical and training support and ensuring compliance with organizational policies are also important aspects fo the role. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry, a strong track record of over-delivering revenue, and thorough knowledge of urology and urology products.
