Financial Operations Analyst

About the Role:

• Hands-on financial operations role focused on workflows that keep customer money moving accurately, securely, and efficiently.
• Take ownership of cash operations, payment exceptions, reconciliations, and partner settlements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payment queries, deposit exceptions, and transaction issues end to end.
• Investigate and resolve payment and cash discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Product, and banking partners.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in cash operations, payments, or financial operations.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with ticketing systems.
