Role Mission:
- Drive integration of local payment methods for BRL deposits and withdrawals.
- Collaborate with product and tech to enhance the fiat user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BRL on/off-ramp channels end-to-end; lead technical integrations with banks and payment gateways.
- Monitor daily fiat operations, reconcile internal systems, and resolve incidents promptly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in payment operations, banking, or fintech in Brazil.
- Strong understanding of Brazilian financial ecosystem and regulations.
