What you'll own:
- Be the technical owner of integrations from pre-sales to steady state.
- Build playbooks, SLAs, and escalation paths so the function scales.
Success is measured by:
- Time to launch and SLA adherence.
- Health of top-tier accounts and product roadmap impact.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years in implementation/solutions engineering at an API-first company.
- Hands-on REST APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Spanish/English fluency.
Not this role:
- Not sales, pricing, or legal; not a ticket queue.
