Product Specialist

The Role:

• As a Product Specialist at Istari Digital, you will be the connective tissue between our product and the people who use and sell it, working directly with the Head of Product.
• This early-career role offers broad exposure to customer research, product marketing, sales enablement, and product management, making it a launchpad for your career.

Core Responsibilities:

• Gather customer feedback through interviews and organize it into clear themes for the product team, closing the loop with customer-facing teams.
• Create sales collateral such as one-pagers, demo scripts, and feature explainers, and demo features to customers and internal teams.
• Support the product team with release notes, documentation checks, and testing new features before they ship.

Qualifications:

• We hire for judgment, curiosity, and a bias toward action; 0-3 years of work experience, strong writing, and genuine curiosity about how things work.
• You should have comfort with technology, follow-through on commitments, and directness in communication; a portfolio of your work is preferred.
• Must be a US citizen living within the United States.
