Implementation Engineer (Customizations & Integrations)

Critical Responsibilities:

• Translate customer business and/or training requirements into functional and technical requirements to be realized within the TotaraGov product
• Support of implementations including assisting with configuration, customized plugins and integration of the Totara product
• Manage client upgrades to new version releases including upgrade, regression testing, and remediation

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience with Vue or equivalent experience with other JS frameworks (i.e. React)
• 1-3 years of experience with PHP
• 1-3 years of experience with SQL & Data Model Design

Qualities of Success:

• Pragmatic about speed vs. risk: ships quick wins safely, escalates early when work belongs with R&D, and follows through to resolution.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving customer needs; can make good calls with incomplete information.
