Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel with payments and fintech experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the legal framework for Deel’s global regulatory, fintech and licensing operations across the Company. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will provide expert legal guidance on product development, regulatory requirements, licensing, and other critical areas to support the business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with a strong foundation in the payments industry, a passion for regulated financial services, and an entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset ready to tackle complex challenges with practical solutions. You will establish and maintain the legal framework for global payments operations along with providing guidance on and tracking new laws and regulations affecting payment services.
