Project Management Root Cause Analysis Six Sigma

PLM & Spec Creation:

Create and maintain packaging specs in Oracle PLM across all SKU categories.
Review dielines, material specs, and BOMs for new and revised packaging components.
Manage SKU creation with a 48-hour turnaround target and route ECRs.

Primary & Secondary Packaging Development:

Support primary packaging qualification including stick-packs, pouches, and bottles.
Coordinate with copackers and suppliers on dielines, trials, and commercial qualification.
Develop secondary packaging, consolidate SKUs, and validate carton sizing.

Cross-Functional Execution & Compliance:

Apply FDA 21 CFR Part 111 requirements to packaging and label claims.
Partner with ESG/Sustainability lead to advance recyclability and EPR compliance.
Surface risks, maintain P&C tracker, and support innovation teams.
