This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive, and high-functioning legal team responsible for supporting Wiz’s global channel sales organization as they build and grow Wiz’s partner program. You will be providing counseling to Wiz’s channel sales organization regarding Wiz’s global partner programs, advising on the various legal risks, strategic initiatives, and other issues related to the structure and execution of Wiz’s partner programs. Take ownership of the drafting, review, and negotiation of all forms of partnership and alliance agreements and associated program documentation including distribution and resale, services delivery, referral, systems integrator, managed services, cloud marketplace, and more.
