About the Role:
- Client-facing role developing and optimizing email marketing strategies for luxury e-commerce brands.
- Combine hands-on Klaviyo expertise with strategic planning and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and coordinate campaign calendars, creative briefs, and project timelines.
- Build, execute, and optimize email campaigns and automated journeys using Klaviyo.
- Analyze performance data and use AI tools to improve workflows and campaign results.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Klaviyo and email marketing experience for e-commerce.
- Strong client-facing and project management skills with excellent English communication.
- Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
