Role:
- Own the full customer implementation journey from signed agreement to go-live.
- Build repeatable onboarding playbooks in a remote, AI-native environment.
Responsibilities:
- Configure Shopify/Klaviyo integrations and ensure data quality.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve escalations.
- Hand off accounts to Customer Success with clear context.
Requirements:
- 3+ years customer implementation experience and Klaviyo expertise.
- AI fluency and strong documentation skills.
