The Opportunity:
- Work directly with customers to understand their business and configure Distill to fit their workflows.
- Partner closely with founders, Product, and Engineering to improve the onboarding experience.
What You'll Do:
- Own customer implementations from kickoff to successful launch.
- Create playbooks, templates, and best practices for future implementations.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in Implementation, Solutions Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
