About the Role:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding strategy for veterinary clinics across the platform.
- Manage and mentor a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists.
- Ensure every clinic is positioned for long-term success from kickoff through post-launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, strategy, and support.
- Build scalable systems, processes, and templates for team execution.
- Oversee training delivery, data imports, and integration troubleshooting.
What You'll Need:
- 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, with 2+ years in people management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements.
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
