Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of studio managers, focusing on signing premium studios and building strong developer relationships.
  • Develop and implement BD strategies at regional and global levels, tailoring approaches to different markets.
  • Manage contracts with the legal team, oversee game pipeline velocity, and report on team performance to exec leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in studio management, business development, or product/project management in mobile gaming, with 3+ years managing teams.
  • Proven track record building and managing external studio relationships, and experience with publishing contracts.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, comfortable with P&L, KPIs, and working across time zones.
