EFT Specialist I

About the Role:

• Performs daily banking operations and funds movement activities in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supports deposit services including account openings and online banking solutions for customers.

What You Will Do:

• Processes ACH transactions, checks, and wire transfers, including exception management and reconciliations.
• Resolves customer account and transaction inquiries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assists in development of ad hoc reports to support business objectives.

What You Will Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; less than one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of payment regulations and industry rules preferred for EFT support.
• Effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
