In the first 90 days, you will assess current legal frameworks, build alignment with teams, and develop a legal roadmap for expansion, governance, and risk management. You will also draft and review contracts, compliance policies, and licensing strategies, ensuring alignment with UAE business regulations and exploring new jurisdictions.
