Job Description
Lead Customer Account Management: Oversee the CAM organization, focusing on renewals, rightsizing, and vendor consolidation, build systems and processes for a high-velocity mid-market business, partner with various teams to eliminate friction and ensure high-quality renewals.
Drive Revenue and Strategy: Design the CAM operating model, align compensation, refine forecasting, improve predictability, drive revenue through rightsizing and vendor consolidation, partner with customer success to resolve conflicts, collaborate with deal desk and legal to streamline contracting.
Provide Leadership & Expertise: Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing CAM team, provide executive-level reporting on performance, pipelines, risk, and opportunities, serve as a cultural and organizational leader, influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
