Product Manager - Mission Agents

Role Responsibilities:

• Define product direction from incomplete, conflicting inputs, shaping agent behavior and driving systematic improvements.
• Turn ambiguous problems into concrete bets, owning the process end-to-end from conception to delivery.
• Work directly with users and engineering teams, translating mission signal into clear, technically sound product direction.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrate strong product judgment, separating signal from noise to prioritize effectively in complex systems.
• Possess high ownership and bias toward action, taking responsibility for outcomes and pushing work to completion.
• Exhibit clear, direct communication to articulate decisions, tradeoffs, and reasoning for stakeholders to act on.
