Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and industry events, leveraging AI-powered tools.
- Build and maintain robust, role-specific candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, identifying high-quality passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough resume reviews and structured prescreen calls, applying independent judgment and AI-assisted tools to assess candidate fit.
- Prepare detailed candidate summaries and recommendations, ensuring consistent evaluation standards for quality and fairness.
Candidate Experience & Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive and responsive experience throughout the screening and interview process.
- Draft personalized outreach and follow-up communications, using AI as a starting point while maintaining an authentic, human voice.
- Keep candidates informed, engaged, and prepared at every stage, enhancing their journey and building relationships.
Team Support & Mentorship:
- Act as an informal resource for junior recruiters, sharing sourcing techniques, screening best practices, and AI tool usage to support team development.
- Contribute to team discussions on process improvement and candidate quality, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS and report on sourcing metrics, ensuring data integrity and driving operational efficiency.
