Responsibilities:

  • Be the first dedicated sales hire to own, systematize, and scale the sales function from founder-led beginnings.
  • Prospect and close new mid-market D2C accounts with $10M–$100M in revenue, building the sales playbook.
  • Conduct multi-party, consultative sales navigating brand owners, Heads of E-Commerce, and Operations.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a consultative, closing role as an Account Executive.
  • E-Commerce DNA with experience selling into D2C brands and a strong professional network.
  • Demonstrable evidence of closing deals, sales cycles, and securing client logos.

Additional Details:

  • AI fluency is required, using AI tools to prospect, research, draft, and iterate in sales.
  • Must have a relationship-first instinct, understanding the concierge service being sold.
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a performance-based role where revenue fluctuates with client store volume.
  • Miami-based candidates are preferred, supporting the local ecommerce scene's growth.
