Job Description

This role will work with the HR team and leaders to deliver an employee experience like no other, whether they work remotely or in person, managing the Employee Experience Annual Plan and coordinating multiple Employee Experience projects as required. It involves coordinating events including AoE’s, Leadership Conferences, and Management Conferences, supporting group events and other high-impact HR programmes that improve employee engagement. The role also includes proposing, developing, and implementing project delivery processes, creating and implementing critical paths and project status reporting for the senior team to track delivery. The role involves communicating Employee Experience information effectively and accurately, analyzing engagement scores, data, and trends to improve employee experience, and supporting corporate social responsibility initiatives.
