Staff Software Engineer (Android)

What You'll Do:

• Architect and evolve TeamSnap's Android ad platform as a reusable, well-tested layer the whole app can build on.
• Build privacy and consent into the ad stack from day one, in partnership with Legal/Privacy.
• Partner with Brands & Advertising, Product, Design, and Data to define the roadmap and measure impact.

What You'll Bring:

• Extensive experience building and shipping Kotlin Android apps at scale, including staff-level technical leadership.
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager on Android: native custom formats, key-value targeting, and ad lifecycle.
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, Hilt, and multi-module architecture.
